chilli king prawns

What you will need:

King prawns, garlic, organic white wine, chilli flakes, butter AND rice noodles.

chickpea & spinach curry

What you will need:

Tin of chickpeas, spinach, tomato puree, onion, bell pepper, crushed chilli flakes, garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin AND brown rice.

What you will need:

Chicken, Broccoli, Pepper (any colour) Courgette, Organic Soy Sauce (or gluten free) Organic Honey, Dried Chilli Flakes, Garlic, Ginger AND Brown Rice or Egg Noodles.

Lose weight over christmas

Christmas is not a time to overindulge on highly processed food. If you want to maintain your weight over Christmas take my advice!

gluten free pancakes:

What you will need:

1 Banana

2 Eggs

Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork, add the eggs one at a time, like you see on the video I only needed to use 1 egg.

Spoon into a non stick pan, turn the heat down and slowly cook through, turn after a couple of mins. Cook on both sides and then gently transfer to a plate and add blueberries and organic maple syrup.

avocado eggs

What you will need:

1 Avocado

2 Eggs

Slice the avocado, remove the stone, peel the avocado slice and then place in the pan.

Crack the eggs into the hole in the middle of the avocado and cook through.

I had to put mine under the grill to finish them off so make sure you use a quality pan so you can put it straight under if needed.

Add bacon, tomatoes or smoked salmon and spring onion OR leave plain whatever you choose it will be super delicious.
